At Nudura, we offer: ·         A competitive compensation and benefits package ·         Room for growth and advancement within the company ·         Comprehensive training programs ·         The opportunity to work with the industry leader in ICF manufacturing and distribution   Customer Service Specialist Key Responsibilities: ·         Receive and enter new orders into Microsoft NAV ERP.  Analyze content, Inventory availability and contact customers when inconsistencies occur ·         Manage inquiries related to processing and shipping with carriers, customers and plants to schedule orders for pickup, loading requests, delivery and additional instructions that may be requested or required ·         Determine shipping method for materials, using knowledge of shipping procedures, mode of transportation, and rates ·         Process transport rate requests by using preferred carrier rates. Updating information electronically when necessary ·         Email communication with Customers for sales order confirmations and carrier booking confirmations; respond to telephone, in person or electronic enquiries in a timely manner ·         Maintain on-going strong relations with customer base ·         Collect Information should Quality or Shipment Issues arise. Information such as pictures and correspondence, pertaining to discoveries after delivery such as short on board, damage or lost product and or truck loading item. Plant information and correspondence may be required as well ·         Maintain inventory of available trailers in plant yards ·         Maintain and distribute daily reports to management group ·         Prepare Carrier & Export documentation such as bill of lading, purchase orders or CAED declaration ·         Provide backup support to reception for lunch and vacation ·         Dynamics 365 (CRM) navigation and system support   The successful candidate must have: ·         Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines ·         Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills ·         Strong data entry skills ·         Strong organizational and time management skills ·         High level of detail and accuracy ·         Service oriented and teamwork centered mentality – We all succeed as a team! ·         Proactive nature – see issues before they happen and make sure customers are informed   Required Qualifications: ·         Minimum three (3) years combined education and experience in Customer Service or Logistics ·         Post-secondary diploma in Business Administration or a related filed ·         A bilingual proficiency in French or Spanish (both written & verbal) considered an asset ·         Working knowledge of Microsoft NAV (ERP) and Dynamics 365 (CRM) would be an asset ·         Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
