Managing the planning, designing, and implementation of customer surveys through the use of survey software to derive key metrics in alignment with the business' objectives. A university degree or college diploma in business or a related field. A minimum of three years’ experience in personal lines automobile and property insurance and/or group benefits. Sound judgment and demonstrated ability to resolve customer dissatisfaction and provide excellent customer service, with all levels of internal and external stakeholders. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications. Adobe In-design software, TAM, C3 Feedback System, insurance portals and survey software is considered an asset.
